Darnell Fitness and Wellbeing is run by Catherine Darnell, an experienced and fully insured personal trainer.  We are based in Wimbledon and can offer personal training and nutrition advice either on a one to one basis, with a partner or in a small group.

As a businesswoman and busy mum, Catherine knows that it is hard to fit quality exercise into modern life.  Our philosophy is ‘quality not quantity’. Catherine will work with you to ensure that your fitness and wellbeing goals are achieved by designing workouts that maximize the use of your time based on the latest nutritional and sports science.

As well as the science of exercise and nutrition, we also focus on making things fun, finding the right times in your schedule to exercise in order to increase your energy, reduce stress and improve your overall health.

We are not tied to a gym or studio so we can literally bring our services to you – either at your house or using an outdoor space. Working out at home helps to maximise use of your time and provide you with ultimate convenience (for post natal this means you can train whilst your baby is sleeping).

Training outdoors is the ultimate pleasure. With busy lives spent in offices, trains, planes and cars, don’t spend your free time in a gym when you can enjoy the great outdoors! We can deliver fantastic fitness solutions that are just as effective as any gym routine (if not more so) whilst you enjoy fresh air and mood lifting natural light!
